Total Time- 1 hour
- 2 bags Greek and/ or your choice of Couscous
- olive oil
- whatever you want…
- Kalamata olives
- Heat a large saucepan over high heat. Cook couscous according to package instructions.
- When your couscous is cooked through make sure to drain off the water and rinse.
- Transfer to a larger bowl. add remain ingredients above. cover, refrigerate and enjoy! 🙂
