Couscous For The Fourth



Couscous Salad 

Serves 16


Total Time- 1 hour  

  • 2 bags Greek and/ or your choice of Couscous
  • olive oil
  • tomatoes
  • garlic
  • lemon
  • dill
  • whatever you want…
  • Kalamata olives 
  • Onion


  1. Heat a large saucepan over high heat. Cook couscous according to package instructions.
  2. When your couscous is cooked through make sure to drain off the water and rinse.
  3. Transfer to a larger bowl.  add remain ingredients above. cover, refrigerate and enjoy! 🙂
